  Coffee and service is great in the mornings..I don't know what it is but every time I get coffee from this location from 4 pm and later, the coffee is never fresh..9/10 times it tastes bitter and burnt..I'll stick to just a morning coffee run now.. because it's clear to me the evening employees don't care about serving customers fresh coffee. I'm not pleased. This is not a recent development either, it's happened more times than I can count for a few years..I'm fed up.

  While there are great employees at this location, I have had frequent problems getting the right order. Yesterday while going through the drive through, I asked for my usual double double with milk and was handed a coffee with cream. I can't stand cream and so I asked they replace it. The window closes and a minute later I am handed another coffee. Luckily I stopped to check it before leaving the parking lot and realized the coffee I was given was cream again. I pulled over went inside and asked for the supervisor. I told her what happened and she actually admitted that it was she who had made the coffee and could swear that she used milk... She looked at my coffee and said something like, "are you sure? It looks like milk to me". I said ""go ahead make one in front of me with milk in it". She did and the difference is noticeable. I said "do you see the difference now?" She admitted she did and I got an apology... that's it. For all the inconvenience I was put through I got a sheepish "I'm sorry".

  Stopped in there for a quick bite to eat. While things were moving a little slow at first when we arrived my order of a wrap and a coffee was done with a quickness and the staff were great. The Washrooms are also pretty clean, no complaints there.

  Staff could be a bit friendlier, also not the fastest Tim Hortons I have been to.
