  Food is the same quality as any other location. Used the self-service ordering option. Took a bit long to get our food. Management on duty was yelling at her employees loud enough for all the customers to hear at the front claiming he just stands there and does nothing. Due to the busyness, tables fill up quickly.

  A different manager perhaps? The staff is more organized, the place is cleaner and the food is now hot not luke warm. There is a older lady who greets you with a huge smile and is so very helpful. Shows people how to use the self serve menu and even goes behind the counter to take your order. Don't ever let her retire. She is the best addition ever to this McDonald's. Bravo!!

  Worst visit I have ever had at a McDonald's service was very slow. People that entered the restaurant 5 minutes after me were served and gone before I even got my food
  And our order was SIMPLE
  Big Mac combo quarter pounder combo two Apple pies.

  I would rate this location NEGATIVE stars if I had the option. I moved to Newcastle LAST summer and EVERY SINGLE time I've ate here SOMETHING has been incorrect or I just didn't even receive my whole order that I paid for. JUST TONIGHT I was missing fries from my order...so I went back in and got my fries...THEN my boyfriend's sandwich was WRONG and we realized when we were already half way home. . So BACK we went.... while paying for this order we decided to PAY and not even bother bringing up how we have a credit with them to receive our next meals free from them failing to give us our whole order our last visit....but when my boyfriend went back in about his sandwich he brought it up and they were completely clueless and said there was no record or notes left about it!! This place is SO poorly ran and the staff clearly pay no attention to orders. Many times I've went through the drive through trying to give them chance after chance to redeem themselves and staff have been goofing around, laughing into the speaker while I'm trying to order and making me repeat myself. Also, 9 times out of 10 they make you "pull up" and wait for your order .... which will be WRONG and GROSS when you get it anyway. I'm going to be driving to Bowmanville next time I feel like McDonalds because this place is all around GARBAGE. GARBAGE SERVICE AND GARBAGE FOOD!!! Please hire new staff.
